DO I NEED A REFERRAL? Veteran’s affairs require a current referral from their doctor; all other patients do not require a referral to see a practitioner. You just need to ring the clinic and make an appointment. APPOINTMENTS Please contact us at beleura. Please note we are unable to offer appointments via the internet or email. Cancellations: 4 hours notice is required. After this period a fee applies. What to wear? Comfortable clothing is best. You may be required to remove items of clothing for our practitioners to examine and treat you. If you have any concerns please talk to your practitioner. Work Cover and TAC clients require prior approval from the appropriate authority. PRACTITIONER / PATIENT CONTACT Patient treatment questions can only be addressed during appointments. Patient care will not be discussed via email. This is not only a legal requirement, but ensures patients receive the appropriate time and care from their practitioner. Please feel free to email beleura at info@beleura.com.au for all other enquiries. FEEDBACK If you would like to contact us regarding your visit and or treatment, please contact Jan Clydesdale, Practice Manager via email or by calling (03) 59762212. MEDICATION & ILLNESS Please advise your practitioner of any medical conditions and medication you may be taking. PAYMENT & FEES Payment is required at the time of consultation. The clinic accepts Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, and Bankcard), Eftpos, Cash or Cheque. We also have Hicaps facility which enables you to receive your private heath insurance extras cover rebate at the time of consultation, so you only pay the GAP. How convenient!
