Making A Purchase

To make a purchase browse our Catalog, click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept Mastercard and Visa.  You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, mail or over the Internet.

Shipping And Delivery Instructions

All orders are dispatched via Australian Post on a signed for delivery. A flat fee of $9.50 will be charged for all deliveries within Australia. You will be advised of any shipping costs for orders over 50kg.

All orders for Norfolk Islands (2899), Christmas & Coco Islands (6798 - 6799) and Australian Antartic Territories (7151) and all other overseas orders will be subject to additional postage charges. For information on overseas orders please e-mail:

Delivery Schedule

All orders will be processed immediatley. Orders are normally despatched within 2 working days and delivery is normally received in 5 working days.

Please note that the majority of our orders are dispatched on a 'signed for delivery'. Please ensure when placing your order, that you give an address where someone will be able to take charge of the item, or that it can be collected from your local Post Office.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, it we will placed on back order for you. You will always be emailed or contacted via phone when the items have beend recieved and dispatched.

Tax Charges

For all orders made from Australia the GST at 10% has already been added to the order (where applicable). All other orders that are exempt from GST will be deducted at the time of processing your order.

Credit Card Security

All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer.
They are not held in clear text on any web site

Guarantee

We guarantee your satisfaction. Please advise us within 3 days if you are not completely safisfied or the items have been damaged BEFORE returning any item. All items returned will be at the customers cost. Money refunded will be less the postage/transport cost that has been incurred by Beleura and an administration charge of $15.00 inc of GST.

Returns Policy

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

To ensure the quickest way for your return to be processed is to obtain a Returns Number (RM#). This is obtained by contacting us on (03) 59762212. When calling we require your invoice number (can be found on the invoice sent with your order) and your order number (if your ordered over our website). Returns must be clearly marked with the RM# (if obtained), your full name, address, and invoice number. This will enable us to identify the goods.

EXCHANGES: If you have ordered an item incorrectly, then the item can be exchanged providing the item is in its original packing and is in a re-saleable condition. If you require a replacement for a different product, then you are required to return the item to us, enclosing a STAMPED ADDRESS envelope to cover the postal cost for resending the item back out to you.

IF WE DO NOT RECEIVE A STAMPED ADDRESS ENVELOPE OR A CHEQUE COVERING THE COST OF THE POSTAL/DELIVERY CHARGE - YOUR ITEM WILL NOT BE DESPATCHED UNTIL PAYMENT IS RECEIVED.

Goods returned with an RM# will take approximately 7 business days to be processed whereas goods returned without an RM# will take up to 30 days to process

Please note that if you wish to return a purchased item - then it must be returned to us in its original packaging and in a re-saleable condition and by using your own courier/postal service.

Unwanted items that you wish to be returned due to incorrect ordering or unwanted items will incurr the following charges.

Incorrectly ordered items, or items that you wish to be returned due to incorrect ordering or unwanted items will incur an administration cost of $15.00 inclusive of GST.
