Class Timetables

Clients attending class MUST have had an initial assessment and independent instruction session with a physiotherapist at Beleura Health Solutions. HICAPS / EFTPOS facilities available at Reception.

HASTINGS 

The timetable may be changed in response to restrictions on exercise groups. All classes will be run with the building vented and no shared equipment. Please check mask rules for the clinic upon entry. Please BYO mat and theraband, we can lend these if required.

A number of our popular Zoom-based virtual classes will also continue for the time being.

1:2 small group REFORMER exercise treatments are continuing in clinic as well via private bookings, see the next timetable down for these times.

CLINICAL FLOOR EXERCISE SESSIONS  

*Note: All floor classes currently have a maximum of 6 participants. Booking is essential for all classes.
It is important to book or cancel classes by calling Beleura Health Solutions on (03) 5976 2212. Health fund rebates may be available for Clinical Exercise and Reformer classes. Packs are available for floor classes – please enquire at reception for more details.

REFORMER EXERCISE CLASSES  

Clients attending class MUST have had an initial assessment and independent instruction session with a physiotherapist at Beleura Health Solutions. HICAPS / EFTPOS facilities available at Reception.

For optimal results, we offer these classes only by package:-

5 classes $318 – valid from 6 weeks of purchase

10 classes $589.50 – valid from 12 weeks of purchase

Booking is essential for all classes.

It is important to book or cancel classes by calling Beleura Health Solutions on 5976 2212.

Payment in full is required before the first class. Fees are not refundable once the term has begun.

Health fund rebates may be available for Floor and Reformer classes – please enquire at reception for more details.

Introductory Clinical Exercise & PilatesIntroductory Clinical Exercise Class is designed for first time Pilates participants. It incorporates the fundamental elements of Pilates, but focuses on technique. This class is tailored to accommodate pathologies and injuries.
Essential Clinical Exercise & PilatesA tailored progression from the introductory class. Appropriate for clients who already have basic Pilates essentials. Exercises range from beginner and progress to an intermediate level as appropriate for each person.
Low Intensity Clinical Exercise &  PilatesSpecially created for ante & post natal participants, patients with chronic injuries & flare-ups, and those who prefer a gentle form of pilates exercise. Class concentrates on balance, pelvic floor & core stability.
Clinical Exercise SessionsClinical Exercise Sessions incorporates more complex exercises, continuing to develop good core activation, postural awareness, dynamic balance and general well being.
Fitness Clinical Exercise & PilatesAdvanced Pilates for the more experienced client. It introduces complex and challenging exercises to enhance strength, endurance and overall fitness.
YogalatesYogalates is a fusion of yoga and Pilates – incorporating the benefits of both of these therapies.
StretchDesigned to increase and maintain flexibility and balance; this 60 minute class may include a relaxation component.
Strength TrainingStrength Training aims to increase the strength and endurance of your muscles using hand weights, fitness balls, resistance tubing and your own body weight.
Reformer Clinical Exercise & PilatesClinical Exercise is conducted on a reformer machine, which consists of a platform that moves back and forth along a carriage. Resistance is provided by the exerciser’s body weight and by springs attached to the platform.
Forever YoungStrength, Mobility and Balance class is designed to help mature adults improve their strength, balance, manage aches & pains & promote relaxation.
Small Group Clinical Exercise & PilatesA maximum of 3 participants allows for more individually tailored sessions with your physio. Classes incorporate floor exercises, reformer machine, fitballs & gymsticks.
Age Well ClassA 30 minute circuit style class promoting improved physical function, injury prevention & enhanced energy & confidence. Individual programs are designed for each participant.
